Located in the heart of Nerja, these beachfront villa are on the street Capitán Hernando de Carabeo. This is a traditional fisherman’s street that still feels like a typical Andalusian town. It’s only 5 minutes walking distance from the Balcon de Europa and the central town square.

With magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea from the gardens, there is access to the Carabeo Beach right next to the villa.

The villa can take up to 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilete and a terrace on the top floor. The ground floor has the kitchen, a cloakroom, and lounge/dining room with chimney. The lounge area opens on to the garden with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa has electrical heating along with a fully-fitted, electric kitchen and a shared swimming pool.
