This is a lovely well appointed ground floor apartment situated in a small two storey block. It has a good sized terrace which faces the communal swimming pool and well maintained gardens. Just five minutes walk will take you to Burriana beach with its wide selection of restaurants, bars and summertime watersports.
Approximately ten minutes walk will take you to the centre of Nerja with its many shops, restaurants, bars and the beautiful Balcon de Europa which gives stunning views of the sea and coastline.
The apartment itself is very well equipped, consisting of one bedroom with twin beds, a good sized open plan kitchen / dining area and fully fitted kitchen.
Car hire is not necessary when staying in this apartment unless you wish to explore the many delights that this part of Spain has to offer.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels should you require them. An extra bed can be provided for a small extra charge should you require it.
