A bright, pretty village house set in a quiet urbanization with community pool, in the Parador area of Nerja. It is close enough to the centre of the village to be able to walk there in 10 to 15 minutes.
The house has 2 floors and the downstairs has a large living room with hot and cold air conditioning, a comfortable L shaped sofa bed, and a dining table and chairs for 4 people. Free Wifi is provided as well as TV channels both in Spanish and non-Spanish. Through the living room we access a private patio furnished with a table and chairs where you can relax or dine in the open air. There is also a downstairs toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. The upstairs floor consists of a full bathroom with bath and overhead shower and 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, and both with hot and cold air conditioning. The Los Pinos Urbanisation, with its pool and very good location in the Parador area, is perfect for guests who wish to relax in Nerja in Andalucian style surroundings but also be close enough to the centre of town to enjoy its vibrant life.
