This delightful property is ideal for groups and families alike. Burriana beach, with its many bars and restaurants, is only a short walk away and the center of Nerja is about 30 minutes away on foot (5 mins. drive). There is a regular bus service into the center of Nerja that leaves from near the villa.

The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs leads up to the top floor where is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner, and fully fitted kitchen. The spacious lounge has a wood-burning stove and there are patio doors leading onto a large terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine, and electrical appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. Furnishings throughout are of a good standard in a contemporary style.

Downstairs from the entrance hall, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open onto the pool and its terrace area. Facilities in Villa Dos Ardillas include a Washing machine, Dishwasher, Sat-TV, and free wifi.

Step outside to enjoy the refreshing pool, a great way to cool off from the glorious Spanish sun. For the more active amongst us, there is a pool table and table tennis on the terrace.

Please note that this villa has an external terrace with a railing that has a step within the structure, we, therefore, ask that you ensure children are supervised. Overall height is 103cm. The step is 47cm high and the railing on top of the step is 56cm high.
